One pair is required to balance one sash (upper or lower).
It is always more accurate to weigh your sashes (a bathroom scales will do) and input the weights into the calculator. We will calculate the weights for you, but you can overwrite that with your actual weights.
Give your sashes a reference and we will print it on your delivery note.
The meeting rail height (B + C – A) must be between 25mm (1 inch) and 102mm (4 inches).
The maximum we can calculate online is an overall height (Dimension A) of 2500mm, however, we can manufacture balances to suit larger windows. Please call us on 01223 497097 to discuss your requirement.
