The Egress, Easy Clean Hinge offers a unique solution to the problem of emergency egress and safe cleaning. The hinge initially opens to the egress position allowing safe exit in the event of an emergency. With no awkward buttons or catches, the patented design then requires a simple one handed operation to release the hinge mechanism and open the window to it’s easy clean position allowing you to reach the outside face. Cleaning the outside of windows is safer and easier, and the hinge automatically resets upon closing.
